Kevin Lottes was hired to close the sale of my condominium in Naples Florida and file my application for FIRPTA. After telling me he had extensive. experience in this area he not only failed to make the necessary application in a timely manner, he failed to intercede on my behalf when problems occur...red with an opposing counsel and passed on my file to someone else in his firm without notifying me and never responded further to any emails. I am now having to wait perhaps up to a year to recover tens of thousands dollars from the IRS unnecessarily. Based on this experience I cannot recommend this lawyer.
