Client was charged with multiple felonies, including a strike offense, for allegedly running someone down with his car. He maintained his innocence, but was still facing four years in prison, deportati ... on, and the loss of his driving privilege for life if convicted. I took the case to a jury trial, and the jury found him not guilty! He gets to move along with his life a free man in the US.
