Ryan D. Shapot, Esq., is a trial-focused litigation attorney and Firm partner who represents individuals and businesses in complex, high-stakes disputes. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with a concentration on personal injury and catastrophic injury cases, as well as commercial and liability disputes. He also handles select criminal defense matters, including defending against injunctions for protection, where reputation and liberty are at risk.

Ryan represents businesses in contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, tort claims, construction and property-related litigation, and other commercial controversies where operational stability and financial exposure demand decisive, strategic counsel. Ryan previously worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing insureds and insurance carriers in liability claims. Today, on the Plaintiff side, that insider knowledge provides a distinct advantage.
