If you have two charges poss. of firearm and first degree attempted murder and the poss. of firearm gets dropped

Loll first degree felonies are punishable by up to 30 years. Some are 30 years to life. Sell everything and........Hire a lawyer.

1990 case? That'll be a tough one. Get the transcript of the proceedings from the clerk. 3.850 ineffective assistance is the way to start.
