Sarah Eugenia Martin

I have been practicing law for seven years and my focus has been primarily on children's issues. I began my career at the Guardian ad Litem Program where I represented the Program in child abuse cases where a Guardian ad Litem was appointed to advocate for the children's best interests. I was with the Program for three years and then began working at Lee County Legal Aid. At Legal Aid, I continued to focus on children's issues, and practiced in the area of family law, including divorce, custody, step-parent adoption, and domestic violence. 

I joined the world of private practice three years ago and have focused my practice on divorce, custody, domestic violence, and child abuse. I continue to find passion in working on issues involving children but also handle all other aspects of family law.

My husband and I have been happily married one year this April and have two very large, loving dogs.
