Father was not allowed to see minor child for two months due to the fact that Mother obtained a restraining order and did not provide notice to Father regarding the hearing. Father did not show up to h ... earing and orders were made against his favor. Successfully argued for the setting aside of the restraining order based on the fact that notice was not provided to client (Father). Father now is able to see his child and shares legal custody with Mother.
