Family members and the Estate of a deceased individual sued my client, A-1 Truck & Equipment, Inc., after the deceased died after being run over by an asphalt distributor truck. The Plaintiffs sought ... millions of dollars in damages. After being retained on the case with less than one month before trial, I reviewed the necessary documents and drafted a Motion for Summary Judgment. After hearing arguments on the Motion, the Court granted the Motion and granted a take-nothing judgment against the Plaintiffs and in favor of my client.
