Do not waste your money on this attorney. At our first meeting he said I had a good case, came up with a "battle plan", gave me a long list of things he was going to do to make sure we won, then didn't do any of it. I had to do all of his leg work and evidence gathering for him (at his request), then... he didn't do anything with it at trial. He didn't return my phone calls until the morning of the hearings. When the opposing lawyer asked me a question he couldn't legally ask, Martin didn't object. I had to object for him! I'm no lawyer, I needed advice. He wouldn't give it. When I asked for advice, he would just say, "Do what you want to do." I told Martin my spouse was abusing the kids and I could prove it but all he would say is, "Judges don't want to hear it." Because of his ineptitude or laziness (I'm not sure which), I had to share 50/50 custody of my kids for several years with a documented, prosecuted child molester who, thankfully, is finally going to prison. What a waste of $5000!
