Victor Bermudez

Victor Bermudez is a Trial Attorney and Managing Partner at McIntyre & Bermudez, PLLC. He practices in both State and Federal court. Victor sits on the board of the Southwest Florida Federal Bar Association and Catholic Lawyers Association of SWFL, and he is a member of the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Section, Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section, and the Florida Bar Business Law Section. Victor focuses his practice on Labor and Employment, Business, and Civil Litigation. He was named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star for the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. He also is rated 10/10 by Avvo.

Victor graduated in the top ten of his class at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. While in school, he focused on sharpening his trial advocacy skills and developing a command of the Federal Rules of Evidence. While interning with the Honorable Mac R. McCoy of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Victor learned about the importance of exhaustive trial preparation and courtroom decorum. Furthermore, he took part in trial preparation and drafting motions and responses while an intern for the United States Attorney's Office in the Middle District of Florida.

While at Ave Maria, Victor served as the Moot Court Vice President of Externals Competitions. He was the first-place champion of the UCLA School of Law Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition, a Finalist in Ave Maria's St. Thomas More Appellate Competition, and a Semi-Finalist in Notre Dame's National Appellate Advocacy Tournament. Victor won an eighty percent verdict in a wrongful death suit during a Trial Advocacy Mock Trial. He also represented Ave Maria School of Law while competing against every Florida Law School during the 2018 Chester H. Bedell Mock Trial Competition.

In Victor’s free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
