Jill made sure that I didn’t have to return to Florida for my court appearances. She handled everything well and negotiated a fair deal for me. She returned my calls and texts promptly, keeping me informed and updated along the way. I had many fears about the outcome of my case, so I appreciated Jill...’s sensitivity and attentiveness. I was treated with kindness and respect.

I hired Jill for a criminal case and was charged 9000 dollars to take the case and over a six month period talked to her personally about 6 times. Always had a paralegal or secretary return my calls. She did no investigating of the incident scene and it involved a firearm and halfway through the case... she asked " Does a pistol eject casings? I knew then I was on a sinking ship. We went to the hearing with a deal in place and the Judge threw the deal out the window and I am still not sure why.I did not hear his reason due to the fact my hearing aid quit working. The VA ordered me new ones the next day. Upon leaving the hearing my 75 year old wife and I were in shock.We got out of the courtroom with many questions and Jill not answering one said I hate to cut you short but I have another engagement. Call me if you have any questions. I became a felon for life for what should have been a misdemeanor. She is a danger to society representing herself as a competent criminal attorney. I have talked to an appeals attorney that says we should be able to file a rule 3850 motion and get the decision overturned which basically states that I had an incompetent defense attorney. More money but as a 73 year old submarine veteran I don't deserve to lose my right to vote or defend my family due to totally incompetent attorney. She is employed by the Scott T. Moorey Law Firm in Ft. Myers Florida.
