Howard Edward Chappell

I was not just another case to him, I was a person in need whom he could, and did, help. After a car accident in which I was injured, Howard really outdid himself by settling my case with a non-responsive, difficult, "dragging the case out" insurance company, inside 9 months for the maximum allowa...ble amount.
