I hired Allison to represent my son in a criminal case I never signed any contract or received any correspondence from Ms. David except for rude text messages that she erased from my phone as soon as the case was over. My son was looking at some very serious charges and Ms. David did not do any depos...itions berated my witnesses to the point that they did not show up in court because of her rude behavior. I currently am going through the Florida bar to have her disciplined for her actions. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING.

we too hired her with no contract,I payed her over the phine,We're in Nj my sons in Fla,she never calls or texts back and when she does she is nasty mean and well downright rudest person I ever met. She can't remember anything, Constantly asking me the same thing over again, lied and said prosecutor ...said 33 mth and to look into rehab so she got a continuance today 5 days b4 court she said she doubts rehab 5 yrs and she has not spoken to prosecutor, very unprofessional, I could do better myself or without an attorney all together
