Mr Salz was referred by a friend who stated he did good by him, he did not by me! Right up front him and I are in a fee dispute over his bill and we are in arbitration, Mr Salz was not competent in having my best interest as his first priority, Representing me in a divorce case (with no retainer sig...ned on his behalf, his error) in family court first, wife was more concerned about the custody instead of supreme for a straight up divorce. Mr Salz did minimal talking at a conference with my wife and her attorney, I did most of the talking if not all, what was fair, what was ok, what was wrong etc. Mr Salz interjected minimally during the 2 hours, not earning his fee at all. He might as well not have been there. Then after all is agreed upon and done Mr Salz erroneously allowed maintenance to be granted by the court for LIFETIME to the future Ex! BIG PROBLEM!! The problem as he stated after was "I didn't type up the stipulation", who did you ask, His secretary and he probably didn't proof read it, I'm only assuming because of such a blatant error. Then he signs it and submits it on my behalf representing me and when I get it to validate it and sign it I noticed the error, I noted to him when I bumped into him at court for another case which I represented myself, and won, he didn't even return my call before that interaction in regards to the error. Now it needs to fix it, I chose to have another Attorney represent me, his services were no longer needed. Hire at your own risk and REVIEW everything he puts in front of you, as you always should be with anyone but be more diligent with him in reviewing.
