Mark worked with a small group of HOA homeowners to get clarity on HOA financial matters. He was upfront and very responsive about what we should expect. The group of homeowners was on a limited budget and did not want to get in a legal battle with our board....so while we got some of the information... we wanted, our board (and the managment company we worked with) put up roadblocks every which way.
