Biography
As a Partner of the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates, I focus my area of practice on Real Estate Litigation, Business Litigation and Real Estate and Business Transactional Law.
Through dedication and hard work, I earned the designation of Board Certified Specialist (B.C.S.) and Expert in Real Estate by the Florida Bar. This certification recognizes attorneys who have special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law, including Real Estate, and professionalism and ethics in practice. Board Certification is the highest level of achievement and evaluation granted by the Florida Bar. There are only 450 attorneys in Florida (out of more than 105,000) who have achieved Board Certification in Real Estate.
In addition to Board Certification, I am also an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Real Estate Development. I am proud to say that I am the only attorney in Southwest Florida who has earned an LL.M. and a Board Certification in Real Estate. Finally, I have been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine for the past two years.
I've attended three of Florida's major univeristies: Most recently, I earned my LL.M degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami. I also graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University College of Law with my Juris Doctor and Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts. In addition to my law pratice, I am also an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University teaching Real Estate Transaction Law. However, I am a Florida Gator at heart!

Fantastic Representation

Realestate
She is an honest informative and diligent attorney. Kara did not try to eat up time but made sure we had all information through out the process. Exceeded expectations regading my foreclosure deficiency case
After interviewing a number of lawyers, I was able to eventually find Kara -- unlike others, she didn't make ridiculous promises just to get my business (e.g. that he could get my deficiency case dismissed because the banks were "bad" or that the debt collector didn't deserve to get the deficiency on...

Trustworthy advice - strong negotiator
We had a very unique situation. Balloon payments were called on 2 lot loans we owned in Florida. Of course values had dropped 90%. Neither place had contacted us for over 3.5 years after they demanded the balloons. One loan had been sold 4 times to different servicers, the other one had been sold...
