On 6/18/2009, a wife was charged with domestic violance case No:2009CRB02155 after an incident resulting in her husband going to the the hospital. This attorney repeatedly "refused to communicate" with the alldged victum. On 10/29/2009 the defendant was ordered to LCCF after the Court found her in vi...olation of bond conditions involving the husband. On 11/5/2009, this attorney motioned the Court for dismissal of the domestic violance charges against the defendant, then filed case No:2009CR0079453 charges of burgulary, felony theft, and felony theft of a dangerous drug against the alledged victum. The wife had alledged that on 10/29/09 around 4 PM the husband had returned to the marital residence,entered with his copy of the key, and retreived items in dispute in domestic relations as well as taken her prescribed antipsychotics. On 11/5/09 The alledged victum was taken into custody from Court when he appeared for the defendant's previously scheduled jury trial. The defendant sat between prosecutor and victum's advocate.
