Monica Beatrice Sablon

I am a Florida attorney with more than 20 years of civil litigation experience representing individuals, businesses, property owners, and insurers in disputes throughout the state.

My practice includes civil litigation and arbitration involving insurance coverage and property claims, personal injury and premises-liability defense, commercial and contract disputes, construction matters, and real property disputes. Having represented insurers, businesses, property owners, and individual clients during my career, I bring a practical understanding of how claims are evaluated, defended, negotiated, and litigated.

I also serve as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator and provide litigation research, analysis, and writing assistance to other attorneys. My experience includes hundreds of civil cases, evidentiary hearings, insurance appraisals, and contested matters in state and federal courts.

I believe clients should understand both the strengths and the risks of their case. My approach is practical and straightforward: identify the issues that matter, explain the available options clearly, and develop an efficient strategy tailored to the particular dispute.

I am admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
