Katharyn Edna Owen

Katharyn E. Owen provides legal services as an intellectual property attorney, drafting and prosecuting patents, and protecting trademarks and copyrights from infringement for a multitude of small and large companies and individuals nationwide.  Ms. Owen also assists clients in real estate, business and commercial law-related issues, including corporate organization and formation.  Ms. Owen’s primary areas of practice are real estate, business and commercial law, and transactional intellectual property.  She is licensed to practice law in Ohio (2007), in the Northern District of Ohio (2008) and in Florida (2011).  Ms. Owen is also a licensed Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (2008).  She is a member of the Cape Coral and the Lee County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association and is a member of the Business Law, General Practice Solo and Small Firm, Real Property Probate and Trust Law, and Young Lawyers Sections of the Florida Bar.
