Colette Lee Rodgers

My practice is and has been focused exclusively on the areas of divorce and family law for more than 15 years.  I will aggressively and passionately represent you in any family law matter. Rodgers Law Firm, P.A.'s offices are conveniently located in Cape Coral, Florida. I have been successful in maintaining a commitment to excellence, offering bigger law firm customer service and quality at a smaller law firm cost.  I take pride in responding promptly to all inquiries and communicating regularly with clients on the status of their cases.  I am committed to providing superior legal representation with integrity and professionalism, and strive to develop relationships based on trust, honesty, and open communication.

I am dually-trained in Law and Mental Health Counseling.  I am not only a Florida Licensed Attorney but I am also a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor.   I received my law degree from St. Thomas University and my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and I have completed all but dissertation in the Ph.D. Degree program in Counseling at Florida Atlantic University.  

I opened Rodgers Law Firm, P.A. in 2007 and have been thriving ever since.  Prior thereto, I practiced matrimonial and family law as a partner for six years at the Law Firm of Corcoran & Elkins, LLP, with it's principle office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  

While at St. Thomas University, I served as an Articles Editor of the Law Review and completed an Honors Internship with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Quantico, Virginia.  I also completed my internship in Mental Health Counseling as a family therapist at several mental health counseling centers in South Florida.
