I am a board-certified civil trial attorney, who has been helping clients settle and try medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and other personal injury lawsuits since 1982. I handle cases throughout the state of Florida, and have successfully tried cases in 14 counties. These cases involve both state and federal court lawsuits, and include the 1985 Delta Airliner crash in Fort Worth, Texas. I have also obtained substantial settlements in each area of my practice. Although a settlement is often preferred, I believe it is important for a client to have an attorney who is willing, ready and able to successfully try their case to a jury verdict.
My primary office for the past 22 years, has been in Fort Myers, Florida. I have, therefore, developed substantial local experience in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, during that period of time.
