I hired this atty back in December, 2024. As others have stated on their reviews - I had the same trouble with this firm. Only I had to pay 9,000 total. They directed me to AFFIRM like they did others. They were going to handle two cases for me, so two Affirm accounts. I hired them before all thes...e reviews were done this year. No communication, countless text messages, emails, voice messages went unanswered. I had a zoom call on July 1, 2025 - I'm sitting there on this call and they never showed up! The stress this firm has caused me, the anxiety, all I could think about is they aren't doing their job and I'M the one going to get in trouble with the courts. Not filing things like they said they were going to do. I had to go to the courts to find out where my case stood, only to find out another zoom call was scheduled for the 4th of August, they never told me about. On July 17, 2025, I decided to go to their office in Cape Coral to talk to someone face to face. I get there, the door is locked, I looked inside and absolutely NO sign of anything in there. No furniture, nothing! I asked the guy next to that office where they were, and he tells me they moved out over a year ago. I'll not say why, but sure some can guess! I should have gone down there the Monday after I talked to Michael. Told him, I can bring you what papers you need. I never got an answer telling me we'll see you here! That office isn't that far from me - I would have found out that day and would have saved me 7 months of stress! When I hired them, I put my faith in them, I trusted them, and this is what they did to me. Like what others have said about them, the same was done to me. My case was in progress, I had no choice but to hire another attorney, which I had to pay this one another retainer fee, which about broke me! I also talked to Michael - only not sure if this guy is the father or brother! He did call me the day after the zoom call no one showed up to and gave me legal advice and I asked him, are you an attorney or paralegal? I'm with the firm!! I asked him again, and the same answer, I'm with the firm. He told me he was Paige's brother. There were a few calls, where I talked to different paralegals. All said i'm working on your case, it's priority!!! NONE of them new a thing about what my case was about. I had to explain it over and over! I will be reporting this firm to the bar association and BBB. I did get 3 emails back - one each from 3 different attorney's telling me they were no longer affiliated with this firm, take me off the email list! Shame on this firm for doing this to so many people that put their trust in you!

The alleged father does the consult. Unlicensed in Florida. Then undue pressure is exerted and to secure client loans through Affirm and ccards, $3500. 0 LOR in place. 0 experience in the area of law needed. The money is gone, 0 contact thereafter. 0 representation, 0 attorney of record. Where ...is Paige? Emails, calls all ignored or AI v.m. stay clear. This firm is under investigation through the bar society. Financial opprtunists preying on client plight, by this firm of potential clients for $3500 repeatedly. Even if representation is from a different firm! Total fraud. Disbarrment is way overdue.

This firm took my $3.500 and did nothing. I have called them over a dozen times since FEB. and nothing. I am paying that money back each month, which makes it hard to pay my other bills. I put a negative review on Google and that's the only time I got a call from the atty. screaming at me and thr...eatening to sue me. She already has my money but I guess she wants more. How terrible.

I do not recommend this law firm. They fail to communicate and they lie about the paralegal. Micheal the so called father gives a sob story about his daughter the so called lawyer being sick and he helps her. I have provided all information and no paper work has been filed or handled. I have contacte...d the payment plan company for a refund as they are quick to take your money but not to assist. Run don’t walk from these people. They are a scam and I will be contacting the bar and reporting them.
