Michael Edward Mummert

Michael Mummert began his legal career working at the Public Defender of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit as an Assistant Public Defender for eight years. Michael left to join Faga Law Group, PA where he was a litigation attorney focusing on criminal law, family law and civil litigation. Upon the passing of Michael's Law Partner, Antonio Faga, Michael opened Mummert & Starling, PLLC. Michael has over 15 years of criminal defense experience from misdemeanor to capital cases. Michael has completed well over 50 jury trials, including a capital jury trial, and over 50 non-jury trials.
