Evan Michael Pfeifer

I am a personal injury attorney at The Nunez Law Firm in Fort Myers. My dedicated and fearless advocacy focuses on those seriously injured and their families due to auto, truck, motorcycle, boating accidents, and slip and falls. Together we will navigate through the justice system to obtain fair and reasonable compensation for you and your loved ones.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, graduating magna cum laude. I then earned my joint Juris Doctorate and Master of Science in Forensic Science degrees from Syracuse University, graduating cum laude.

In law school, I was a Dean’s Scholar and a member of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society’s Moot Court and Mock Trial competition teams, Syracuse Law Review, Syracuse Public Interest Network (SPIN), Phi Alpha Delta, Forensic Science Honor Society, and Criminal Law Society. I also served as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic.

In addition to my legal studies and advocacy skills, I completed 671 Pro Bono hours, the third most in my graduating class.

Further, I completed clerkships at the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of New York, Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.

Before The Nunez Law Firm, I served as a law clerk at the Office of the Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit and as an advocate in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic of Florida Rural Legal Services. While clerking for DJ & JA Cirando, PLLC, I drafted numerous criminal appellate briefs before all state and federal appellate courts in New York.

Most recently, I worked at Roberts, Reynolds, Bedard, & Tuzzio, PLLC, where I provided civil litigation support with the firm's caseload in defending claims including: personal injury, premises liability, product defects, wrongful death, construction defect, land use and zoning, fire and gas explosion, governmental and municipal liability, dram shop, and general negligence.
