Many unmarried individuals choose not to enter into a Parenting Plan, until something go wrong. A parent without a Plan is in danger of having their parental rights obstructed. My client faced loss o ... f his parental rights when his co-parent made unfounded allegations of alcohol abuse. Through diligent representation, I was able to demonstrate to the Court that these claims were false and aimed and disrupting the other parent's rights.
