I do include some family law in my practice. While I consider child custody cases and even some dependency work, most of this involves petitioning for child support, defending against petitions for child support, handling motions for civil contempt, etc.

I assist in debt collection (and if need be, litigation) to get monies owed to you from debtors who have defaulted on debts owed to you or your business. I will often consider working on a contingency fee, which means that, unless I am successful in recovering money for you or your business, I do not charge you a retainer fee.

I handle civil traffic infractions, including such civil infractions or moving violations including red-light-camera infractions, speeding, or even careless driving involving death or serious bodily injury (SBI).
