Only giving 3 stars because after 17+ months my case is finally over! Mr Blankenship has very poor communication skills and will not give you the respect to discuss your case with you where you understand what’s going on and with me never being in trouble I was clueless…his staff is rude and huffs an...d puffs if you call the office with questions or send an email you will get a nasty response. He charged me 3500 to represent me and my case cost me over 10,000 all together which if he would have done his job it wouldn’t have but he is a first deal with the State attorney. Do not expect him to fight for you even when you have given ample evidence of your innocence he will fail you, he does not do his job as he should he takes your money and then takes the easy way out period. Poor excuse for an attorney.

I strongly advise anybody with a family case or criminal case to consider using Mr. Blankenship for their legal needs he is by far the best around the other lawyers look like a joke compared to mr. Blankenship I have used him on several cases and I have never not once had a bad experience or let dow...n in the courtroom he is the best at what he does and he came highly recommended to me and now I know why I will always use him for all my legal needs Lord forbid there are any more. I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Blankenship. Every time I have needed him, he has been there, providing excellent and compassionate advice. He is professional, but personal and I know he actually cares. He has represented me in both dependency and criminal cases and I have been nothing b...ut pleased with his counsel. I will use him again should the need arise.

We have hired Randall twice for our son and for very serious charges. We usually only hear from Randall on court dates but rest assured that he is working on the case and he is a very smart, savvy, trustworthy and honest attorney who will always try and do what's best for you and your family. My son ...says that he is quite popular at the jail and the inmates trust his judgement.
