Denise Rayna Tessier

Denise Tessier has been a lawyer for over 25 years in Massachusetts and Connecticut, working on complex corporate, insurance and regulatory matters. Now home in Lake Wales, Denise’s new personal mission is to empower clients to take charge of their most challenging life transitions. She has started The Tessier Law Firm, P.A. to serve her new community and be a friendly, compassionate “go to” legal resource for Polk County. The firm focusses primarily on Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Elder Law and Long-Term Care/Medicaid Planning, Probate, and Administration of Estates. It also helps protect family and small businesses protect assets as part of a holistic estate plan.  Attorney Tessier is a member of several local and national elder law and estate planning organizations.
