Florida bar Association complaint initiated. (June 2026)Bill Fletcher is no longer working so by default you get an attorney named Drew Davis and you don’t have much choice about it unless you wanna sit in jail longer. This office did not appear for me 2 times in front of a judge after they were hire...d and paid $5000 at my 1st bail hearing which cost me double and then again at a hearing to allow me out of state facing 50 years, I had to stand in front of a judge for the second time by myself. It was a major duress for me and a big hassle to deal with this firm. There’s only one person to talk to her name is Elizabeth de Leon all calls are filtered through her and that’s the way it goes. If she doesn’t want you to talk to an attorney you won’t. You don’t have any other contact people except an office girl named Erika who’s very rude & unprofessional. I told them all they had to do was investigate the two criminals who accused me and they didn’t do any of that. They sat there and waited for discovery, which got delayed three times. I hired an old Skip tracer myself to track down the criminals records. Then when I went into my hearing to get out of state, the attorney didn’t show again, and I went in front of a judge by myself facing 50 years for the second time. This office is no longer good. I was warned by 3 different people not to hire him, but I did it against my better judgment and I was wrong. Steer clear of this Atty. He’s no longer working his own office. I’m a 42 year business professional please beware.
