I hired Mr.William Ouellette because I had a good feeling about him when we had the consult,he assured me that he would get my fiance a deal and the case would not make it to trial. Being somewhat of a beginner hiring attorneys I didnt review the contract before signing and he didnt bother telling me... that In the event of trial he would charge me $2000 a day Up Front, I was unaware of that. I paid Mr.Ouellette $4000 to represent my fiance in a criminal case which was a burglary charge, he only offered my fiance the same and only deal that the state offered him according to his point sheet forcing us to trial, I feel he did not fight for my fiance the way he promised he would.He also made comments in a joking manner as to he had nothing to worry about because he would walk out the same door he walked into,referring to himself. He took his name off my fiances case in court in front of the judge (very unprofessional)without warning ,no letter stating that he would no longer represent him or anything. He wanted the money for trial up front is the reason he took his name off the case yet my fiance had not even picked his jury yet.As of now,we are hiring another attorney,4000 down the train.Honestly all he did was show up in court. If i could give 0 star rating i would.

A great lawyer to have on your side. Got my injunction dismissed and got my ex to finally followed the court order to have visitation with my daughter. He is a great listener He used all of the ranting I did in his office in my hearing to see my daughter. I have great faith in Mr Bill Ouellette abi...lity to get the job done. Thank you.

Mr. Ouellette handled a Domestic Violence and trespassing charge for me. He got the domestic violence charge dropped and just a fine for the trespassing charge. I was very pleased with the outcome.
