Biography
Thirty years of experience in real estate and general civil law with emphasis in contract preparation and negotiations, land acquisition due diligence, issuing of title insurance and title review opinions, establishment and review of homeowner’s associations, platting of subdivisions and formation of governmental developer agreements. Extensive experience in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development and sales, establishment of residential subdivisions, commercial and residential closings, and dispute resolution. Other background experience includes complex trial practice, comprising of client consultations, research, discovery, drafting of pleadings, settlement negotiations and state court representation. Among my diverse clientele, I currently represent a wide variety of land developers, builders, lenders, investors, property owners, homeowners associations and dozens of companies and individuals in their real estate transactions.
