This attorney charged me $3000 retainer fee, filing fees, and hourly to handle my case. When calling him he does not answer the phone nor does he return your call..it takes close to a week to even get in contact with him... And lets not talk about paperwork or filing... if your ok with waiting weeks ...on end to get things going he'd be the one to call... when filing for my divorce, we drew up papers that day, I signed them... and well 2 weeks later i was served with divorce papers from my wife, finding out Rob hadn't even filed them. same with my petition for release.. i had to go down to the court house and file myself after waiting close to two weeks for him to do it. very sad i hired him...
