Mitchell Anthony Ladner

I felt like this attorney actually listened! I had consultations with a few other area attorneys who I did not get that initial impression at all but this attorney always kept me in the loop every step of the way. His staff was helpful and my questions were always answered by the attorney or occasi...onally the staff when necessary. And I asked a lot of them! Even though my divorce was so painful, this attorney helped make it bearable and I came out better at the other end!

I don't know what the previous client is complaining about because Mr Ladner was correct. I used another lawyer for my divorce and that's exactly how child support was calculated (and the summer time sharing) then I used Mr Ladner on a modification and he was able to effectively lessen my ex's time ...with our child (my ex is a dead beat). I found Mr Ladner to be extremely easy to work with and always had time for me. I definitely didn't find that to be true with my first attorney! I'd definitely hire Mr Ladner again and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Mr. Ladner did a really crappy job representing me. I wanted custody of my son and my ex wife and I decided to do a mediation. She agreed to let me be the primary parent and pay child support. When Mitch was calculating the child support he told me since she is a waitress we have to go by the 4 somet...hing they make an hour and cannot include tips. I trusted that he knew what he was talking about so I agreed to the measily 90 bucks a month. Once mediation was over and I found out that that was wrong. No matter if the person is a server or doesn't have a job at all they go upon minimum wage, which would have been a greater amount than the 90 i was getting. Summer is here and my papers state that my ex gets 6 weeks with our son, two weeks at a time. A family member told me there is no way that this was right. I looked it up on the state website and it states that at my sons age that she would get no more than 3 weeks over the summer. He obviously didnt catch this if my ex's attorney slipped that in their or just didnt care. I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone!
