I am double board-certified as a business litigation and civil trial expert. I handle the whole range of business and commercial litigation for small business owners to large corporations.

I have been aggressively representing homeowners against their insurance companies for many years in hurricane, storm damage, sinkhole, fire, theft and other claims. The insurance companies know me and know that I will take the case to trial if necessary.

I have extensive experience in representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases. I represent my clients aggressively, and I will see the case through to trial if necessary.
