If you are anything but white don't use this lawyer. He will not put up a good fight for minorities. I was told directly by someone in his office how horrible it is to see families of minorities working extra jobs to pay for "these" people to get them out just to reoffend again. Don't waste your tim...e thinking this lawyer is objective and will side with his client.

Kelly Collier is the worst attorney I have ever come in contact with! We had testimony and witnesses to support our case and he did nothing but side with the state the entire trial. A PD could have defended us better anyone reading this please find yourself a good lawyer one that will fight for you ...and whats right, not how much money they can suck out of you.

I hired Collier on a assault case, for which I was absolutely , not guilty. He assured me he was aggressive and 36 years experience..I gave him a case , complete with 6 witnesses who had run ins with the person making the complaint. Collier never once discussed a strategy, except to plead guilty and ...make a plea bargain. All this even after the Complaintant recanted his story and was not going to testify..He still only considered a deal and never once talked with my witnesses,and never can reach him by phone,only email. I paid 4000.00 for an outcome a PD could have gotten..Worst attorney,I have ever used. I would in my opinion use a PD, before ever using him again. Now I have an assault case on my record at 65 years old. PLease consult anyone before using this attorney. I am not hostile or spiteful. Just very sorry to have used him.It is over now, just trying to make others aware, so they do not find themselves in the same situation. I can support everything I have stated.
