C. Parke Sutherland, very smooth clever guy! When I first met Mr. Sutherland, when he first opened his mouth red Flags was waiving everywhere! This guy is Un Ethical and it is now catching up with him! Paid him in Full and after that Mr. Sutherland dragged his feet, his female secretaries love to pl...ay phone tag. One time I called after multiple attempts I decided to drive to office and made a phone call, once again I was asked who I was and was told to hold. That time his secretary came back on phone laughing stating Mr. Sutherland, was not there, mean time I was walking into his office and magic happened. Mr. Sutherland was standing next to her in front of office. I was assured he just walked in! I ended up loosing money and hired an another attorney. Anyways! After donating sums of money to Highlands County Sheriffs office, I was approached by a higher up in rank Deputy, I was told in a joking way that Mr. Sutherland had it out for me! Stated that I had drugs and warrants just to have police come and run my name hoping to be arrested. I said to that Deputy that was him trying to cause trouble! Turned out to be another guy with my name had warrants from another State and Mr. Sutherland called the Sheriff on me to have me arrested, and he was my attorney at the time! I will be following up more with Bar and also have great concern! Mr. Sutherland can cause this kind of unwanted behavior, I wonder how many others they are out there that been treated unfairly, especially with elders being taking advantage of!! If you have any doubt about this attorney go through your records and see if you been over charged or even money that came up missing! Word is he hiding behind Avon Park City council, recently Mr. Sutherland and Wife Maria Sutherland, was being investigated for breaking homeland exemption laws but mysteriously that slowly disappeared! Beware of this sheep in wolf clothing! If you been a victim please report this guy! Call the sheriff make a report so he cant take advantage of no one else!
