Anthony Glen Ison

Anthony G. Ison is an aviation attorney based in Lakeland, Florida, the home of the annual Sun ‘n Fun International Fly- in and Expo. Anthony has been flying airplanes since he was 15 years old and has recently been working on his rotorcraft endorsement. His nearly lifelong infatuation with aviation has culminated in a dedication to assist those within the aviation community and foster a better outreach to those who aren’t. In that, Anthony represents pilots, mechanics, aviation businesses, air traffic controllers, airports, passengers, drone operators and the like before the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board, and in multitude of other settings. Beyond that, however, Anthony is honored to represent victims and their families in aviation accident litigation.
 
Anthony serves as an AOPA Legal Services Panel Attorney and is an active member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. Anthony has had the opportunity to conduct extensive research on issues related to Federal Aviation Regulations, as well as spaceport integration and commercial drone laws. Anthony has contributed to numerous research studies regarding commercial drone laws and aviation law.
 
Outside the practice of law, Anthony is happily married to his wife Emily and is a proud father of his son, Atticus. Anthony and his family enjoy flying, traveling, spending time with family, and participating in church activities.
