I'd like to say, this man right here took me right outta the jail by just a phone call. Not knowing me at all he started on my case. I had an attorney on my case but he was steadily wanting $$s after $$ before he would take the next step for anything and I continued to stay in jail until Mr. Cox spok...e with me had me in court a week after our phone conversation was able to get my bond lowered to a reasonable amount so that I could go home and be with my family will we fought the charge. It wasn't no time after I was home that Kevin set up an early court hearing to get me taken care of and of course all I was hearing from the other attorney was prison time nothing else and I had already been to prison twice and did not want to go back. Kevin did his work so professionally that I was amazed with the work he did for me and if it hadn't of been for Kevin, there's no telling where I'd be today. I ended up getting time served with court cost and some fines to pay off. I still owe him my life it feels like because he cares about his clients and their well being. This man took my sons charges and won that case too. He's very understanding and will work with you on payments throughout his time on your case. I would recommend him to everyone that needs an attorney that will stand up and fight for you that's very understanding

One month after paying retainer and this attorney has not even made contact with his client in jail. Has not filed motions promised. Has not requested discovery as promised. Will not take my calls and will not return calls. A very poor excuse for an attorney in my opinion. I can not even fathom how o...r why he is an attorney. Do not waste your loved ones time or your money on this guy. Will be calling the Fl. Bar Association.

Could never reach him. Always had to leave several messages before I got a return IF I did get one. He is a one man show and does not take the time to really investigate. My son spent one hour in the law library at his prison and found a motion that got him 8 months less time. Kevin did not or cou...ld not find that in one year on my sons case. Also spent less than one hour with my son about his case in one year. I really could not recommend him. He took my money but did not really help us.
