You get what you pay for!

Ms Sanoba and her paralegal, Denise, are an excellent choice for legal representation. She is expensive, but worth every penny. I had to endure a 2 day trial, but with the 2 of them by my side, I was calm and confident. They are very organized. Denise will dedicate herself to your case, even if it ...means working on the weekend. Ms Sanoba will also dedicate herself to your case and make you a priority. She is fierce! She is someone you want on your side and defending you. They pay attention to details, and they really get to know your case. I am so very impressed by how prepared my case was. I couldn't have done it without both of them. Highly recommend!!

Unorganized or non-caring or both

I called this office on a Friday and was told someone would call me back about scheduling a consultation. No one ever called so I called the following Wednesday and a woman scheduled for the following Tuesday at 9. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment and Denise insisted that she woul...d have been the only one to schedule it but didn't remember me. Didn't bother trying to go back. If they can't keep track of my appointment I have zero confidence in them keeping up with my case.

Karie Sanoba needs to be repremanded by the Florida Bar Association

Karie has held up filing my divorce papers for 6 weeks. All she has to do is email it to the judge. She has routinely stalled and delayed many, many things during this process. My attorney has called called her 6-7 times over the last 2-3 weeks and never gets a response. When they do get a response ...it contradicts the truth. If you hire Karie Sanoba she won't work for you, you will work for her. And she will charge you if you for every time you blink an eye.

I Highly Recommend Her!

When I filed for divorce 2-1/2 years ago, I used an attorney in Bartow who was recommended to me. After six months of his doing nothing and charging me $20,000, I fired him and hired Ms. Sanoba. She is a no nonsense woman who listened to me, took charge of my case, helped me negotiate alimony and fi...nalized everything within about three months. She told me she would do her best to keep my costs down since the other attorney had literally robbed me, and she was as good as her word. Her final charge was less than $2000. I have now re-hired her because my Ex is in contempt of court and not paying my alimony, and I fully expect her to resolve this as well as she did my earlier case.

Best attorney in Polk County

I highly recommend Ms. Sanoba for representation for family/custody legal matters. She is great and her assistant is great. I have recommended her to someone who has currently retained her for representation, and she also has nothing but great things to say about Karie. Karie is strict, and she do...es expect you to do your part and keep her updated....this is the only way she can be and good, honest attorney. Denise, her paralegal is also wonderful and helpful. I used 2 other attorneys prior to finding Karie, and interviewed several, and there is no other attorney in Polk County that compares to Karie. She is expensive, but I used a cheap attorney that came dangerously close to causing me to lose custody of my son, and Karie was able to clean up the mess he made. You get what you pay for, and legal representation is not something you want to try to be cheap with....its worth the money!! I was always very well informed, and Denise was always a phone call away an available to answer my questions. Karie was very professional and always returned my calls when she was the one I requested to speak with. Attorneys typically have a bad image and reputation, but after you meet Karie, you will know that they are not all like that. She is wonderful and does great work. Retain Karie!!!!!! You won't regret it.
