Public awareness on my poor experience with this law firm

My Personal Experience with Dean Berrnitti and His Law Firm – Proceed with Caution I am writing this review based on my personal experience as a former client of Dean Berrnitti. I entrusted Dean Berrnitti with my daughter’s wrongful-death medical malpractice case in 2020. I expected professiona...l representation, consistent communication, and a genuine commitment to pursuing accountability for what happened to my daughter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Over approximately four years, I struggled with communication and obtaining answers about my case. I had provided important information and evidence concerning my daughter’s death, yet I was left questioning whether my concerns and the evidence were receiving the attention they deserved. In 2024, Dean Berrnitti withdrew from representing me, leaving me to continue pursuing justice on my own. I had already invested years in this attorney-client relationship, and the consequences of losing representation at that stage were devastating. I also had concerns about whether the evidence and expert opinions I provided were adequately considered before the representation ended. What makes this experience particularly painful is that this was not an ordinary legal matter. This was my daughter’s life and my family’s pursuit of answers and accountability. I also encourage prospective clients to look beyond religious language and Christian branding when evaluating a law firm. A firm’s use of faith-based messaging should never replace examining its professional conduct, communication, experience, and accountability. I am sharing my experience so that other families will ask questions, carefully review their contracts, maintain copies of their records, and understand their rights before entrusting an attorney with an important case. This was my experience. I would encourage anyone considering My Personal Experience with Dean Berrnitti and His Law Firm – Proceed with Caution I am writing this review based on my personal experience as a former client of Dean Berrnitti. Ignoring

It has been a rollercaster, my case was not a millon dollar case, but no matter what a client is client, Mr.Burnetti, has given hopes that I was going to receive money, but is not case and I should of never agreed to the settlement, if I knew that i was not going receive anything, I call the office n...umerous times, they do not take my calls, I am done, will contacting them anymore, will find another alternative to get a compensation, the service has been poor, I feel he was working for himself not me

Very little interaction.

I hired Dean Burnettilaw firm after personal injury. I broke my neck . I spent 4 years trying to get this resolved. I went through 4 different legal assistants. Had to explain to all 4 about my case. They barely returned any calls, emails, texts. A couple of times they thought I was another client .... They got my information mixed up several times. I see poke with Mr Burnetti on a Friday afternoon, he said an agreement had been met and he would call me that following Monday with the details. Several weeks went by, just before the limit of time for my case was I g I t a notification my case had been dropped. I made several calls , no answers. I never received the settlement. I too decided to hire this attorney because he seemed like an honest Christian. I will forever have hardships from my accident, including financial. He did nothing for me.

You will regret it if you chose this Lawyer!

I chose this lawyer because of the Christian values advertised and his smooth talking. I was in a car accident 100% not at fault with a perfect driving history and a good insurance policy. The person that hit me had a 100k policy and this lawyer settled out giving me a check for 3k after 3 years of h...aving to call his office with no call backs. I had to finally start going in person to receive my lowsy 3k. My medical bills were 8k in total that he failed to have negotiated down. I attempted at one point to obtain a different attorney but was advised I would still owe Mr.Bernetti for a third of whatever the new attorney settles for. I may have still been better off. Mr. Bernetti did not fight for me and I seriously doubt he'll fight for you. If you do chose to hire you'll see exactly what I mean. Never returns calls, always on vacations, misses appointments, gets the worst settlement possible. I live in pain everyday and cannot afford to seek proper treatment. My body will never be the same. I've been cut short on life at a young age and no one can be held accountable now.
