Roberta Jean Creighton

I help people take care of and protect their families and their assets throughout the aging process. I do that by helping individuals obtain government benefits such as Medicaid for those with special needs or those in need of long-term care at home or in a facility, preparing legal documents needed to accomplish and maintain their plan and assist with court proceedings for those individuals who lack capacity. My areas of practice are Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Guardianship and Probate.
