My practice is focused on helping business owners feel comfortable throughout the business cycle. I am there when business owners need someone they can trust to handle complex issues facing their business. Some of my services include private equity, corporate structure, employment processes and decisions, expansion strategy, and commercial transactions. I practice corporate law through direct relationships with business owners and have found that my experience in the business world serves very useful when counseling clients on the intersection of business and legal issues.
