Kathleen Lynskey Mank. Kathleen is a native Floridian and 1995 graduate of Florida State University, where she received her B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude. In 1998, Kathleen obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Upon graduation, Kathleen began her complex commercial civil litigation practice as an Associate in the Miami office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Kathleen was a member of the team of Weil Gotshal attorneys responsible for UnitedHealth Group’s victory before the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2003 term, which ultimately upheld the clients’ right to arbitrate important RICO and ERISA claims. After Christopher and Kathleen relocated to Lakeland from Miami, Kathleen joined the Law Office of Andrew M. Reed where she continued her commercial litigation practice. Kathleen’s current practice at Mank & Mank focuses on business torts, contract enforcement, commercial and residential foreclosure matters, and construction disputes.
