I became a probate attorney because it's easy for me to empathize with those confronting the loss of a loved one. A lot of people fear death, so they don't talk about it and it becomes unfamiliar. I've been unfortunate enough to have many loved ones unexpectedly pass away far too young. I have a genuine compassion towards the grieving. My approach to the law will help you during these difficult tiimes. Another aspect that separates me from other estate planning attorneys is my familiarity with special needs issues. My sons are autistic. Their mom became an ESE teacher and expert in all that entails, though she now homeschools are sons.
