Daniel Dwight Moody

I never used an attorney in my entire life. I was injured about four years ago through no fault of mine. The insurance company was not interested in resolving my claim. I knew the name Dan Moody but was not sure if this was the attorney for me. I called his law firm and knew immediately I was at... the right place. When I met with Mr. Moody he was very knowledgeable and explained my case in a way I understood. The legal process does take time which I was made aware of at our first meeting. During this time, there is no doubt that they were not only working hard on my case but concerned about my recovery. Their hard work resulted in a favorable settlement that I would not have received if I had tried to resolve it on my own or hired any other firm. The insurance adjusters know not to “play games” with Mr. Moody and the Moody Law Firm. If they don’t pay, they know all they have to do is walk next door to the courthouse to fight. I would highly recommend Mr. Moody and his law firm to my friends, business associates, and family.

Stay very far away from his paralegal. She's incompetent. Even after complaints about her to Dan Moody, I demanded another contact in his office. Never got an "I'm sorry", until I brought it up to him in person. Told him I expected a fee reduction. Never told I was paying for mediation. Told A...FTER mediation judge would reduce any award by the pip amount I might receive. Finally settled with insurance carrier. Sent a closing statement that I was happy with their services. Told them to remove that line and I would sign. They agreed. Arrived to sign everything and get my check. What proposal did I get handed. You guessed it, the one I was satisfied with them. Refused to sign and they went and got the corrected one. Stay away, very far away.
