Carole Anne Banks

I had nothing but trouble with Carole Banks. She constantly did not remember facts about my case, and acted condescending to me and everyone I saw her interact with. She showed up for hearings completely unprepared and had NO CLUE what the Judge was talking about when she was asked questions in Court.... And the most annoying: she is never available when you call her. I have left 3 voicemails and when I finally reached her she acted like she had no clue I tried to call. It was a sad situation that led me to work with Carole but I am glad I have since switched attorneys. I got out before it was too late.
