You can resign-notify the next one in line to see if they will accept the job.
If not-they can resign and then ask the court to appoint someone.

Usually only titled assets need to go through probate.
I assume the will left everything to you.

Why not call the attorney that sent the papers to you and ask for an explanation.
If you are not satisfied-hire you own attorney to advise you.
