Christopher Jason Sanders

  A Louisiana native, Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University following a career in medical sales for several multi-national implant manufacturers.  He received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.  While attending law school, Mr. Sanders served as the Vice President of Moot Court and as a Law Review Staff Editor.  Mr. Sanders also served as Student Vice Chairman for the Center for Strategic Governance and International Initiatives as well as a Student Bar Association Legislator.  Mr. Sanders' participation in the American Caribbean Law Institute allowed him the opportunity to travel to, and work with the governements of, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago with regard to various legal matters.    

     Since admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Sanders has gained trial experience in several Florida jurisdictions.  Mr. Sanders has aggressively represented clients and litigated cases involving various aspects of law; including Business Transactions and Litigation (Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Valuations, Trade Secrets, Non-Compete Agreements, Formation/Dissolution, Securities and Contract Disputes), Real Estate Transactions (Closings, Foreclosures, Construction Defects, Liens, Landlord/Tenant, Easements and Home Owner Association Disputes), Family Law (Pre and Post Nuptual Agreements, Dissolutions, Custody, Support, Enforcement, paternity, Dependency, Domestic Violence, Post-Judgment Modifications and Appeals), Criminal Law (Code Enforcement, Animal Services, Traffic, Misdemeanor, Felony, Probation Violations, Expungments), Estate Law (Will Drafting, Trust Creation, Medicaid and VA Benefits, Will Contests and Asset Protection).Mr. Sanders worked for various firms in private practice until forming the Law Office of Christopher Jason Sanders shortly after the birth of his daughter, Chloe.
