Jim has devoted over four decades to legal practice in Pinellas County, Florida, where he is licensed in all Florida State and Federal courts, as well as the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Recognized as a Real Estate Specialist by the Florida Bar Board from 1991 to 2022, he also holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a testament to his peers' esteem. As a licensed real estate broker, Jim’s extensive experience lies in real estate transactional and litigation work. He manages complex commercial transactions, mobile home park conversions, and timeshare terminations, while focusing on intricate litigation and class actions.
