My husband and I visited Gary and his assistant, Kate, for some legal guidance and to consider their office for a real estate closing.
I knew from the beginning, when I spoke to Kate about setting up the initial consultation, that I was dealing with a law office of a higher caliber than most.
First of all, it was refreshing to feel that I was of enough importance to actually have a PERSON to discuss my situation with on the initial phone call. Kate listened carefully and patiently to my description even though it was multi- faceted. She assured me that their law office could expertly address each of our needs and set up a timely appointment for a free consultation.
Meeting Gary for the first time, we were equally impressed. He took the time to truly listen, carefully analyze the information, before responding with well thought out advise. Kate was also in on this consultation providing further expertise. We left the "free consultation" feeling we truly understood our legal choices and that the fees we would be charged for any services were very reasonable.
We have since used Gary Baker's office for some legal paperwork and will continue to use his office for our legal and real estate needs as they arise.
If you have legal questions, don't procrastinate until your situation is worse, do yourself a favor, call the law office of Gary Baker and set up a free consultation. If you dread dealing with lawyers due to less than favorable experiences in the past, this visit will change your mind.

My wife and I have been visiting lawyers for months trying to find a complete answer to our foreclosure questions. Mr. Baker listened to us describe our problem and then laid out all of our choices in a thorough and patient way. When it comes to debt and finances we will always call Gary first.

I have to admit, when it was time for me to find a lawyer to represent me in debt settlement, potential Chapter 13, and a deed in lieu of foreclosure, I had no clue where to start. The pool of lawyers in the Tampa/St. Pete area seemed enormous. Fortunately, I found the www.avvo.com website which led me to Gary Baker.
From the first phone call when I spoke with Kate, I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. Despite having a full schedule, they found time to fit in my consultation very quickly. It was one of my first significant experiences with an attorney so I was quite skeptical at first. After spending 10 minutes with Gary, my opinion of attorneys had already changed. I think what surprised me most was the way Gary listened to me. Everyone knows lawyers can talk, but what's different about Gary is that he listens. What's also different about him (at least from my expectations) is that he also seems to genuinely care Gary asked questions about my situation that made it clear to me that he was not only interested inn the impacts of my situation on my life, but also on the lives of others very close to me.
In the ensuing months, Gary continued to show he's an honest man with good intentions. What also became apparent was that he knows his stuff and is a darn good and experienced attorney. I think that's exactly what someone needs when they're considering life changing decisions like potential Chapter 13, foreclosure, or debt settlement.
I feel very unfortunate that the real estate market in Florida put me in a position i NEVER thought I'd be in in my life (deed in lieu of foreclosure, etc.). However, I feel very fortunate to have found Gary Baker to guide me through things. I've already recommended him to two close friends who share my opinions.

I endorse this lawyer. I have always been extremely impressed by the professionalism, competence and expertise of Attorney Baker. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my clients as well as seek his representation on my own behalf.
