Amber Monae Cain

Amber joined Bosquez Law as a litigator and estate planner in 2016 after being a Mortgage Foreclosure Court Program Specialist for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for two years. She handles a broad range of consumer protection matters for local individuals and entrepreneurs in the trial context in pursuant to the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Amber also advises individuals and families with respect to estate planning and prepares Wills and Trusts according to the unique disposition and necessity of each client. She represents businesses and consults on the establishment of business entities to better assist small businesses and their startup ventures. Amber’s focus is understanding the needs of her clients and educating them about how to protect their families, businesses, financial assets and valuable possessions. She strives to protect individuals and entrepreneurs who are prepared to protect their assets and their legacy.
